VENDOR INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at one or more of our

upcoming events! (Please see list of upcoming events on our homepage). 

Note: Due to space and parking limitations, we are unable to allow

vendors at any of our Longshadow Ranch Winery events.

Guidelines / Information

• Please have your vendor booth set up approximately 1/2 hour before doors open.

• Vendor booths are $50.00 per event. If you would like to be a regular vendor at our events, we will discount based on the number of events you would like to do. We generally have no more than 5 vendors per event sometimes we will allow  as many as 10 vendors but as a rule of thumb, we keep it down to only a few.

• Vendor spaces are limited to 10' x 10'. For night events we prefer no Ez-up's (pop-up canopies) unless you need one to hang merchandise from. 

• Please provide your own table(s) to display merchandise

• Sorry, no food or beverage vendors are permitted.

• If it's a night event, please bring a small, battery powered light. It gets very dark at many of the venues.

• Please let us know in advance if you will need electricity. We will do our best      to accomodate.
